ZiP-Centar Mladih Enterprise & Employment Centre (SERBIA) operates under the principles of business incubators, which is applicable in many countries of Europe and the world. ZiP-Centar is unique in its plan to combine services demanded by enterprises, necessary for the unemployed, and desired by young potential entrepreneurs all under one roof. To these ends, ZiP-Centar will bridge the skills gaps between MSMEs and the unemployed and provide young entrepreneurs with the opportunity to start their own businesses by sharing in the services offered by a newly - renovated business incubator centre. ZiP-Centar Mladih serves enterprises and jobseekers in the four Pirot district municipalities of Pirot, Bela Palanka, Babusnica and Dimitrovgrad.
